Well new weight loss today and slow and steady...I am be careful with 20 grams carb or less...today maybe i came in at 5 grams....I must be in kito now (2 wks). I never have hunger pains.....but one bad habit i will have to work on is snacking in late evening. hunger or not I want to snack. pork skins and peanut butter cheese or pepperoni things like that. not the potato chips like before.

Try marinating chicken breasts (skinless) and then baking them. Munch on that for your late night snack :D You can do this!
