This journey is so hard, but I taking things day by day and trying not to mentally beat myself up so bad. I did do ok last week except I had a total of 3 bottles of moscato wine {my favorite!}, but I knw I shouldn't have, but this work week and home life took a toll on me, this week I'm at it again and takin it day by day, I also need to make sure I write down what I eat each day to the tee. Please pray for me...

I understand your struggle. I fell off the wagon big time this week. I've been "down". After 10 lbs. my weight loss stops and then I get discouraged and say what the hell I might as well eat and enjoy which brings me back to where I started from. I'm lifting my head up and getting back on track w/my food. As a plus, these challenges are helping me to maintain consistent exercise (walking). You and I will both have a better week!!!!

Don't let the slip up get you down, just keep recording. I had a few not so great days this week too, and we just have to get going again with living right ;)
