Had a few days I was over by about 100 calories, but I was under (sometimes by a significant amount) for just as many days. I tend to eat until comfortable, rather than full, anyways, so I guess I'm used to 1500 calories a day or so, but I'm also working out, so I've been pounding protein (aiming for 20-30% of my dietary intake).
