It's been awhile since I recorded my weight on here. When I'm working, I tend to not think too much about it. That said, I was working so hard at that job (and admittedly not eating well/enough), and lost another 3 lbs. I wouldn't say it was 'healthy' weight loss. It was largely stress and eating twix when I felt my blood sugar tanking. The joys of retail, I guess.
Ah, well. Going into the military at the end of this week. So I guess it'll be another few months before I weigh in again.

Had a few days I was over by about 100 calories, but I was under (sometimes by a significant amount) for just as many days. I tend to eat until comfortable, rather than full, anyways, so I guess I'm used to 1500 calories a day or so, but I'm also working out, so I've been pounding protein (aiming for 20-30% of my dietary intake).

Pretty sure my bathroom scale doesn't actually work for anything. It read my weight 2 days ago at 130, and it read 120, today. Considering the scale at the hospital on Thursday was 127, I'm inclined to think that the first one is closer. 10 lbs in 3 days is hella off to me. Unless I'm not intaking anywhere enough food for the exercise I'm doing.
