So, I've not been real great at logging in my food journal over the long holiday weekend. I started strong last week and then just started to, not really blow it off, but forget until late in the day and so would think I'll just catch up the next day, and since the next day was just as hectic, I would forget again.

I also did not go to the gym yesterday, (I've decided on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday gym schedule,) because we had TJ for 11 hours. I will pick back up tomorrow and carry on from there.

I'm going out to lunch with Mom and Brenda. I am going to make a conscientious effort to have a salad and iced tea to try to stay on track.
