BAAAADDDDD WEEKEND!!! Went camping with friends and family for my birthday. Indulged in a Burger AND a hotdog on Sat, then followed up with Fajitas on Sunday, as well as about 10 of my favorite cookies over the course of 3 days. Ended it with Olive Garden pasta last night. SOOooooo, needless to say, I feel as if I am back at square one. Since it was my birthday, I consider this my New year REsolution. My goals:
Drink no less than 200 ounces of water a day. Eat Carbs mainly in the mornings, none at dinner. No snacking after dinner, other than fruit or vegetable. Bump up excersise to 5 times a week instead of just 3. Journl my food on the weekends too. I am really bad at this one now.
