Every other day diet. Since Christmas have had difficulty eating reasonably on the off days. Keeping to 500 calories on the on days. Probably getting too many carbs and too much sodium. Goal is to control off days without "dieting" and get back on track. Finding the 500 days not hard at all to follow.
