Made it thru day 3 of fat fast. Gonna try the celery and cream cheese someone suggested. Mouth has got to have something else to chew besides nuts!!! Onward and downward!

Mom, I've done the egg fast also. Funny thing is I eat a lot of eggs for supper anyway so it's almost like I'm on a semi-permanent egg fast!

It is a great way to eat, I think. I doubt I could win everyone over on eating eggs for dinner every night, but we do eat them on occasion. I like doctoring them up with green peppers and onions and ham or bacon ... sometimes cheese.
