Yeah! A pound gone since last week, and I am officially the lowest I've been in years. I did hit 159.9 before the Christmas "eating season" started, but now I've gotten rid of what I gained from that, and I am SO back on track. (Quite literally on track, in fact, because I've been walking on the fitness center track near my work every day at lunchtime, and I bet that's helping!)
My goal of 153 pounds is shining like the Emerald City, just six pounds away, and I'm dancing on the Yellow Brick Road. ;-)
