Okay... I've broken the plateau but I've also loosened up on the diet a bit.
On Saturday I skinned my knee up pretty bad running so I've spent the last 3 days with out any real exercise. The pain of the knee trying to scab up with the bandage on top is pretty intense sometimes...
Today I am optimistic that I'll get a good workout in. Tomorrow I have a soccer match so my exercise will be back on track.
Dinner tonight will be some Thai Panang Curry Chicken with rice. yummy...
