Weighing in today, worried about my progress. Worked hard this week - but have been very stressed.

Stress can actually cause us to hold onto weight-cortisol is not our weight loss friend! I stopped using the scale as my "reporter of progress" since it is more how I feel and how my clothing fits that really tells the story. :) Success can be many things not related to the scale. :)

i did the same thing that dawn did...i stopped using the scale - as long as my clothes fit or are loose im good...good luck and quit stressing
