Today is day 7 and I lost 3.5 kg!! (around 7 pounds) I'm so proud of myself! I feel like I can reach my ultimate goal which is 50-55 kg before leaving for Japan. lmao
199.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
