Whoa! Good week good week. I see a pattern though. Lose less then a pound one week next week lose 3+ pounds the next lol I didn't even really do exercise. Must be my walking around compass now or something. And I purposely leave things in my car so I have to walk back and get it.
Also another accomplishment I just found out is I saw my size 10 slacks were getting a little baggy so I was like hell let's look for some old ones! And I found my size 8 average slacks and bam they fit 100% comfortable! Then I tried on my size 8 petit they zip up actually! But still a little snug but still they zip up!
