I have been having PNB and toast for breakfast. This morning, I looked up a sausage mcmuffin (10 points). Since I do not have "my" low points bread with me, I figure I am not that far off with points having the mcmuffin (and I really wanted one), than the PNB toast. I had the mcmuffin. For lunch, a tomato and lean ham. A salad for dinner and I am doing good. Sometimes I just need to feed the craving, it had been at least 10 days, next time it will be 14 days. Weigh in tomorrow morning, a quilt store on the way home, and in my own bed tomorrow night. I love being here, also love being at home.
