Dropping pretty decent. 214.7 (10-19-2009) is the lowest I have been, while not dehydrated from being sick. I am still 'overweight', but feeling much better than I did when I was 255+. I think I am still losing weight easy enough when I stick to it because I have the weight to be lost. I think once I get to the normal range, it will get harder, but will be worth the effort imo.
