I had a weekend in Vegas which sabotaged all my hard work and went back to basically my starting weight. I am slowly getting back to the 160's again. Plus, it being that TOM doesn't help. But I am trying and getting back on the wagon. I am not trying to put a time line on things and just doing the best that I can and get it done. So far, so good.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
