Struggling with hunger and cravings as of late. I have lost a sizable amount of weight since I have begun this new diet, but keeping on it is extremely hard for me. Almost everything I enjoy is full of carbs, and it is difficult to avoid them completely. I feel bad when I am offered food and I have to say no as it doesn't meet my dietary requirements.
Today was a bad day as I ended up eating too much food for the day. I was hungry and I knew the food likely would not last until it would have run out at the expected rate of consumption. That is how I justified it. "Killing two birds with one stone! Go for it!"
The feeling of hunger has turned into a feeling of guilt, and I'm not sure how to process that.
