Been doing well preparing lunches for work.
Kicked myself in the butt with calorie counting again to keep track. Really hoping to hit preferred weight by end of August.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
