I weighed myself on Monday - I was 132kg. Today, I'm 127.9kg. Weight fluctuations kill my spirit on most days and then I have one good day where I scratch my head trying to understand the weight drop! But deep down I know why - (1) I had my period and I always gain 3kg of water weight. (2) I also ate some sodium-heavy foods, which can result in high water weight. One good thing is, I usually weigh heavier after office days, but it was quite a lovely surprise today! 7.9kg to go until I can get a walking pad!
