1. Wake 8:30am., Vitamins, Breakfast-2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 toast, bottled water, coffee no sugar.
2. Gym 11:00am-12pm
3. Snack- 15 mixed nuts, 1 tangerine, 1 bottle water, coffee no sugar.
4. Lunch- Spaghetti with meat and lean turkey italian sausage (homemade)(1 cup)
5. Snack- 15 mixed nutes, 1 bottle water, coffee no sugar, 1 tangerine.
6. Dinner- Italian meat sauce, meat balls, Italian saugae (2 cups) no Spagetti
7. Snack- Trader Joes Spankopita 2 servings (310 cals, 32g carbs, 12g protein, 16grams fat.
8. Jack Daniesls-6.7 ounces, 15 mixted nuts, 2 bottles water.
9. Bedtime- Sleep, wake-up and repeat.

Stephen - your consistency is almost scary! You've got me intrigued!! Do you ever deviate from the plan? I get real bored if I HAVE to stick to a plan. It's a different matter if I WANT to .....so you've got me wondering.....do you ever do something "not in " the plan?? I was pleasantly surprised to read about the JD on Friday! Is your day job active / are you training during the hour at the gym or got a secret formula for your progres? Please spill the beans :)
