Started eating the keto chocolate caramel cluster’s yesterday- yum! Still not hungry. Just trying to keep carbs low. And plan ahead. Been sick a lot. Cold, chest congestion and sore throat. Drinking diet 7up.
159.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
