Well, I managed to get off the few pounds I gained over the holidays! I got a
"trx" training system for Christmas, and started working out with it yesterday. I'm a bit awkward using it but it will get easier!!I just need to get walking again, as well. Okay...I'm ready with my meal plan, and exercise to face another day! ke

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 January 2016:

Kathy, I love love Bodyfit by Amy's youtube TRX videos. She has a bunch of them my basic one is her 30 minute one. I bought my WOSS trainer (much cheaper than a TRX but really sturdy and I like it better) last July. What a difference in my body!!! Holler if you have questions.

Thanks wholefoodnut and Draglist. You pop up everytime I need a nice boost! Wholefoodnut, I actually bought the WOSS trainer off of Amazon, and have just started watching Amy's youtube video's! I read that you bought yourself some Ice Skates for Christmas! How fun! It's been years for me since I've laced a pair on! That is such a great goal. My goal this year is to get back up on the local mountain roads and get back to hiking daily. Until the snow is gone, I'll get back to working out at a lower elevation! The hiking for me was a new thing and I saw the best result. ttyl, K.
