Went to the pain doctor and weighed in at 246.7. 20 pounds away of being the heaviest in my life. I told my boyfriend I needed to
lose 25 pounds, and although he would never say anything about my weight negatively, he said yeah maybe you just need to firm up a little bit baby. I'm 6 foot tall and I can carry off a good deal of extra weight but I can't fit into my jeans anymore probably because I just keep wearing yoga pants all the time lol they always fit. anyway, he suggested that I get an exercise bike. I used to work out five days a week in the gym and was very fit with a flat stomach, but since the military did too many surgeries, from the knees down, I can barely walk anymore. I'm not working anymore waiting on disability, so extra money for things like gym, membership, etc. gas to go to the gym, etc., is out of the question. Eating is expensive I would go to McDonald's and eat a medium fry and two double cheeseburgers for $3.95 for dinner almost every day..
