Good for me getting up early and swimming again!!!! I hope i keep my motivation up! those paddles really work my arms and i am definately getting my cardio in! I parked on the fourth floor today and walked the stairs up...and it was fun. I am finding sitting to be more and more annoying but I am quite tired in the morning so moving may just be a way to keep from falling asleep. Later in the day it is easier to stay up and i have lots of energy. I am getting quite hungry though, very very early..guess that is what happens when I wake at 5am. I notice that later in the day i am retaining a shitload of water...I wonder what that is about. I also notice that when i don't see myself in a mirror I feel much better about myself. Then i look in the mirror and YUCK!!! I am way fatter than I thought! And I am not going to concern myself with my actual weight but rather the fit of my clothing...which considering i literally am busting out of my favorite jeans in the moment is not going well at all! But i suppose, if I keep my head down and keep working at it I will eventually see the results right? I just hope it doesn't take too long because I am afraid that I will lose my motivation if it does. And that won't be good now will it!?!?! I will keep doing well and I will be ready for REAL swim suit season next year. I know this is a journey and each journey must start one step at a time. This week is step ONE!!!!
