Oh my gosh!!! I'm shocked at myself!! I GAINED 7 pounds in the last few weeks! That's it, I'm sick of myself. I guess it doesn't help, that I bought my stepDad and I McDonald's today. It'd be okay if I'd make the right choices. Oh brother!

Sorry to hear that you gained 7 lbs in the last few weeks, I've gained 4 lbs, so I know how you feel! Btw, if you go to McDonald's try getting the GRILLED chicken sandwhich and throw out the bun, it's a TON less points or I also get the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, which is 4 points without dressing and use my own FF dressing. I also sometimes get the Big 'N' Tasty sometimes but it's like 9 points.
