Honestly starting to look how I feel inside.
It’s great, still going to push for the considered healthy weight via bmi.
At this rate I’ll be there by August🤞
160.9 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
