Day 2 of getting on track. It's so hard to follow a diet on my days off from work. Any time I feel bored, I automatically go to the fridge or cupboard and look for something to snack on. I have been fighting urges to snack all day! Hopefully this gets easier in the coming days.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 152.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There's a book on amazon.com called "Becks Diet Solution". It's not a diet but a book that helps you change your behaviors and the way you think about food. Look at the reviews and see if it might be something that can help you. It talks about emotional eating and other factors which effect our weight loss.
