Yesterday was good and doable. This morning right out of the gate I feel like I failed by having some apple butter jelly on my toast and two slices of toast instead of one with peanut butter before the gym. I am going to simply adjust my eating today to recover from this flop and go on. I think this food journal is a great tool!
