Here is what I did last night: Week 4 - Day 2 - 10/14/2009 Set 1 - 25 Set 2 - 27 Set 3 - 21 Set 4 - 25 Set 5 - 25 Set 6 - 20 Set 7 - 20 Total - 163
I did a few more sets of pushups because I wasn't able to follow the program the way its supposed to be. I did more solid pushups in the first set than I have in the past, and I think it zapped my arms a bit. My breathing is way off too, and it threw off my rhythm.
I'll do Week 4 Day 3 and see if I am able to do that better. If not, I might repeat week 4. I want to do this right.
