Happy New Year everyone! I'm not too unhappy with today's weigh in. It is almost 2kg less than last year on this date so that is something to hold on to. Hope to lose the holiday weight quickly in Jan and keep up my average of 12 hours of exercise per month and will be starting to track eating again on Monday. This weekend pizza and hotdogs are on the menu to get those out of my system for the next healthy-eating stretch.
