Made weight watchers 0 calorie soup yesterday. Forgot about that - a good go to snack - I heat it up hot so I have to eat it very slowly and it fills me up. Put on my workout clothes when I got up so I have to go out for a walk/run before I go anywhere else. Trying to remember all the little things that worked last time. On to day 2!
