Finally out of the 130kg jail sentence!!! I thought my scale had loss the access to using 129 as a number. Turns out I just had to eat below 1400 calories to get there. While I know 1400 and less is a intense calorie deficit, it is THE ONLY way my body has chosen to lose the weight. For the last 3 years I've tried to eat 2200 calories + exercise. Or 1800 calories + daily walks...only to lose 1kg per month. That does not motivate me. I put the hard work in and I expect progress to happen sooner. I have since learnt I should have PATIENCE and this is a daily learning. I WILL get to 100kg at the end of this year!
