I have really tried to adjust my diet and excercise patterns to that when I was at a good weight. I haven't followed the book or diet to a t - I have to have exceptions.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 2.2 lb a week
