Okay, this is the end of day 2 in the second week of Phase 1. Today was probably my hardest day as far as cravings go. It started very lightly yesterday and almost overwhelmed me today. I wanted Nachos from the snack bar I had to help at for my kid's soccer games; I wanted chips when I went to the store, then wanted a candy bar at the check out isle; later I passed by a Burger King and the window had a HUGE picture of different ice creams...UGH
But guess what! I stayed strong. I didn't give in to the temptations, I came home and had a no sugar added fudgesicle (okay I had two, but a serving size is two...I just usually only have one). But if that's going to help me every once in a while, then I'm gonna do it.
I need to go shopping tomorrow for more veggies. I'm so glad my kids like veggies too. I love the green and red bell peppers. YUMMY.

Congratulations!! The cravings do get less and less, however, every omce in a while I still get one. But when you are seeing the weight come off, it is great incentive to say NO to the cravings!! Keep up the good work! :)
