I understand, have you considered going to a psychiatrist? I stress eat a lot and I went to one and it turned out it was anxiety and depression

Kgerdes21, thanks for understanding. No, no need for a psychiatrist, I know I’m all those things 🤦♀️ but I hear ya. I lean on my faith, nothing is in my control, and I’m perfectly fine with giving it all to God. 🙏🏻buuuuuttttttt I’m still human so, I stress then pray and just keep praying. May sound cheesy but I wouldn’t be here if I thought any other way.

I'm with you on the logging. I've done it religiously for last 6 years. It helps with accountability.💜

Continuing logging has kept me on track past hitting my goal weight for the first time ever! It actually allows me to enjoy my treats without guilt cause I know I'm still in line with my calorie & macro goals.

Logging has been working for me for the last five years. Like Diana, I feel it helps me with accountability. I also find it has taught me about portion size when I cannot weigh or measure my meal.

Logging food for five, six years and counting, like what Shirfleur and Diana have been doing, would have been unthinkable for me when I started 10 months ago. Now I get it, and I also intend to track for a long, long time. I have not missed a day so far. I would have gained back all I lost last year if it wasn’t for tracking every day.
