Restarted Week 3. The previous attempt was weak. Towards the end, I was unable, or unwilling, to do full proper pushups. From now on, its proper or not. The main reason I restarted Week 3 was more as a penalty. I should have done Week 3 Day 3 on Friday, 10/1/2009, but I just skipped it. So I restarted Week 3. Below are the results.

Week 3 - Day 1 - 10/3/2009
Set 1 - 14
Set 2 - 18
Set 3 - 14
Set 4 - 14
Set 5 - 20 (Min - 20)
*Set 6 - 20
Total - 100

Week 3 - Day 2 - 10/5/2009
Set 1 - 20
Set 2 - 25
Set 3 - 15
Set 4 - 15
Set 5 - 25 (Min - 25)
*Set 6 - 20
Total - 120

Week 3 - Day 3 - 10/7/2009
Set 1 - 22
Set 2 - 30
Set 3 - 20
Set 4 - 20
Set 5 - 18/10 (Min - 28) <-- I had to put my knee down after 18 and rest a couple sends before completing
*Set 6 - 28/2 <-- Did another set of 28 after a few minutes rest because I wasn't able to do it in set 5. Then did 2 more to make it an even 150.
Total - 150


Was gonna journal the pushups after each week, but I will most likely forget the details. So I'll do it daily again.

Week 4 - Day 1 - 10/12/2009
Set 1 - 21
Set 2 - 25
Set 3 - 21
Set 4 - 21
Set 5 - 32 (Min - 32)
Total - 100

No sixth set. I was just able to do the 32 on the fifth set, and I was anxious to get to playing BioShock. :)
