Was going to be over by 2 yesterday, but did a extra Gym/HIIT session and managed a 446 cal deficit for Tuesday :-) This makes up for my (new) RDI being over by 17% (349 cal) Day off exercise today, feeling the HIIT burn this morning. . . . . . . . . . (437+446).
