Okay today is the day. I know ... I know... I've said it before. I was shocked to get on the scale this morning and see that I am at my fattest. I will lose 25 lbs period.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
