My "I DID IT!" list is working really well, especially now that I'm keeping a sort of journal along with it to talk through my feelings. I've been going to therapy for a while and my therapist told me that she's happy I'm starting to get healthy and that if we can get my mind healthy, then the physical things will be much easier.

My depression (due to the holidays and the season) is trying to raise its ugly head, but I'm not allowing it to. I'm hurling all sorts of endorphins at it via exercise and positive/inspirational quotes that I get every day on my tablet. I'm tired of it controlling me. Between that and the health issues, it's why I've gained so much weight. And I am so fed up with my mind telling me that I can't do things.

I can do these things, I have done them before, and I will do them again. I'm getting my life back, no matter what it takes.
