Once again I find myself bouncing around a 1 lb range for the last couple of weeks. (12 days actually.) Despite the slow pace, I’m happy with my progress. There is always more that I could do - exercise more, get crazy restrictive with my WOE, etc. But I’m aiming for happy and healthy, not thin and neurotic. 😂 I trust that the road will lead me to where I need to be with patience and persistence.
