I was feeling a little blah because I got knocked out of keto for a few days and thus gained a bunch of water weight. What I neglected to pay attention to was the fact that I hadn't measured myself in about 10 days. I've lost a combined total of 12" since then! If that's not something to be cheery about I don't know what is.
