i was just wondering, does the amount of weight you loose depend on how addicted and saturated your body is with sugar/carb.

oh and I am not sure how often to wiegh-in, but i checked this morning (day 3) and saw a loss and I just wanna see my first dot on the tracker!!!!

Every body is different and it also depends on how much physical activity one gets during the day. Water weight increases at certain times of the month more for some than others, too. You have to get to know what works best for your own body. Congrats on the weight loss so far! very encouraging!

i don't know for sure, but it seems like the more your body is used to sugars the worse you feel at first and the more weight gets dropped quickly. I'm not really sure though.... some ppl weigh in every two or three days, but most are right around a week- it's completely up to you :)
