Bad weekend! I ate way over my RDI this weekend so this week's weight loss might come up as a weight gain.

I took some pics of myself yesterday and compared them to pics I took in April. I've lost about 20kg since April but I still have lots of bodyfat to lose. My pics just doesn't show the results of 20kg weight loss but my measurements and weight does! lol.

In this pic where I'm wearing green underwear you can see the roll of fat I had on my lower back just above my bum that was across my spine. In the pic I took last night you can see that roll of fat is completely gone! :)



I still have lots of work to do and my journey over the last 7 months has been amazing to lose weight. I'm going to commit to going low carb to help accelerate my fat loss. Time to get more serious about this fat loss as I have lost weight/fat without being strict but now I'm really motivated to transform :)

wow well done brother....I can see massive change, just remember that skin elasticity doesn't happen as fast as massive weight loss...try and regain your skins elasticity while losing weight or else you will be left with lose skin which is hard to get rid of........sometimes losing weight as fast as possible isn't always a good thing various factors need to be taken into account
