Water, water and more water. Trying to get in 64 or more today. All this adds up to more trips to the bathroom - does that count as exercise??

Sure it does! Rest assured that if you can maintain that level of hydration the bathroom trips will become less & less frequent since your body will get used to it. Shouldn't take more than a couple of days for you to get acclimated.

A couple of days - really? I know I can last that long!! Looking forward to the benefits of more water. My skin and hair have been pretty dry - I know the H2O will help! BTW - love your new "jeans" pic!!

Got my 64oz water today, been doing 64oz for last few days to get ready for challenge. Also did Pilates today, and then walked 35 minutes tonight, worked up a sweat, which meant more water !!!!!

Have you ever heard the phrase, "The more I pee, the LESS of me!!!" I say that to myself with the frequent bathroom trips after chugging water!! :)
