I started my weight loss journey 3years ago with 130kgs and now my weight is 87.5kgs.even I have loss a lot but still lot more to go to avhieve my target 70kgs and recently since beginning of this year my weight kind of static and not decrease much.it will decrease a bit during weekday while i have my strict diet routine and do some regular exercise but it will gain back during weekend where i have mu cheat day and not doing any exercise.kind of frustrated with my current body condition and looks.with clothes i looks ok but if without clothes my body looks horrible with lots of access fat and flabby skin. I really need help to get the body thay i dream of.
