So in April, I got myself Iphone6 that came with a great app (Health). This app tracks all my movements, walks and exercises and has motivated me to keep going. Since then, I have stop all my diets including Jenny and have stayed focused on walks and the pounds are steadily melting away with moderate self regulated diet. I walk about 10km a day, that's a lot of walking but I love it. Winter just about here, so I am now underground/the mall, not so good for my wallet but I will continue to walk and probably this will become my lifestyle & btw...couple of hot yogas a week
