Wow...wow! My first day of plyometrics in p90x and all I can say is wow, that was incredibly difficult, but i did it...kind of, i took a few long breaks, but it was the exercise that I was most scared of, tomorrow is my rest day, and I will extremely enjoy it :) Yay P90X!! OMG and I can feel muscle...yea I didn't know I had triceps :p
