Started Physical Therapy today. Found out yesterday that BOTH knees have arthritis in them, so it just keeps getting better and better. Loads of sarcasm today, so I better get a hold of myself.
Weigh in at work next Monday and the scales just wont move in the direction I want them to. ARGH!
