Ok, I gave WW a honest 3 month try and it just isn't working for me. I stick to my points and exercise but for some reason I'm not losing. I did much better when I just stuck to FS. I haven't gained which is a good, but I need to lose another 37 pounds. I leave for vacation on Saturday (Orlando) so this might not be the best week to switch, but I'm proud that I continue to log my food and exercise. I even started a once a week boot camp. I have reservations about the boot camp though. Last week I was so sore for 3 days that it took 2 days of no exercise at all before I could do any cardio. That is not productive in my book. Here we go again!
