Yesterday was a GREAT day. Besides the concert and beer fest I ate over 165 grams of protein, worked out hard with 25min of cardio and about 15min of weight training.
My weight is the same and hasn't really changed since I started working out. I believe a lot of this has to do with building muscle. I know I am stronger and I know my waist has gone down a bit but I am also running faster, lifting more weight, etc.
My work outs this week will be about making it burn!!! I've basically spent the past month and a half getting to a place where I can exercise without hurting myself. I think I'm there.
